We don't keep cheesecakes sitting in a display case waiting to be sold. Every APCC cheesecake is baked fresh to order. Whether you're planning a date night, a family gathering, or treating yourself to a whole cheesecake (we've seen it happen), please allow at least 72 hours' notice.

Sizes reflect standard 3″ squares. Cutting at 2″ or in wedding-style strips will dramatically increase your yield — order accordingly for larger crowds.
